A more personal approach to accounting
MAC X Group was founded in October 2024, with MAC X Accounting launching in October 2025 as part of a wider vision to offer something more than a traditional accountancy service.
The focus is and always has been on building strong relationships, giving straightforward advice, and supporting business owners in a way that actually makes a difference day to day.
The business is led by Mark, who previously worked as a Regional Managing Partner within a top 10 accountancy firm. He has built and grown a successful firm from the ground up and now leads MAC X, bringing years of experience working closely with owner-managed businesses.
Since launching, MAC X has grown quickly, building a team of six and achieving Xero Gold Partner status within just six months. It’s a strong reflection of our team’s experience, approach and focus.

Mark Craddock FCCA
Founder & Director
Mark's Bio
He began his career in regional practices before moving into a Big 4 firm, where he qualified and gained experience working with larger, international businesses. He later became a Partner within a regional firm that grew into a Top 10 practice, where he held senior leadership roles including Regional Managing Partner for the West Midlands, overseeing multiple offices and large teams.
Mark founded MAC X Group with the aim of creating a more personal and proactive approach to accountancy, where clients feel understood and supported throughout the year, not just at key deadlines.
He works closely with clients on both day-to-day matters and longer-term planning, bringing a practical and straightforward approach to helping businesses grow and make informed decisions.
Sally Craddock ACIPP
Director
Sally's Bio
Sally is CIPP qualified and plays a key role across the business, overseeing payroll, company secretarial services, and the day-to-day running of finance, administration and HR at MAC X.
With a background that includes 16 years at a high street bank and 15 years as a School Business Leader within education, she brings a wealth of experience and a strong organisational approach to everything she does.
Outside of work, she spends her time with family and friends and enjoys gardening.
Liam Cooper ACCA
Associate Director
Liam's Bio
Liam has over 11 years’ experience working with owner-managed and SME businesses, having trained within both a family firm and a top 10 accountancy practice.
He works closely with clients on day-to-day queries, strategy planning and reviewing systems and processes to help businesses get more from their operations, alongside supporting with accounts and tax compliance.
Liam enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and supporting them through every stage of their journey, from incorporation through to growth and exit.
Harry Mackenzie ACCA
Associate Director
Harry's Bio
Harry is ACCA qualified and has been working in accountancy since 2015, gaining experience both in practice and in-house within a high-net-worth family office. This has given him a strong commercial understanding alongside technical expertise.
He works with a wide range of clients across sectors including property, construction, engineering and hospitality, supporting businesses with advice and solutions across different areas of their operations.
Harry enjoys building relationships with clients and seeing their progress over time as their businesses develop.
Amy Cox ACCA
Associate Director
Amy's Bio
She manages her own client portfolio, supporting with accounts, tax, VAT and bookkeeping, while also providing advice to help businesses grow and improve.
Amy enjoys working closely with clients and being part of their journey as their businesses develop over time.
Chloe Parker MAAT
Accounts Associate
Chloe's Bio
Chloe is AAT Level 4 qualified and has gained experience working in practice, including within a family-run firm before joining MAC X.
She supports clients with bookkeeping, VAT and accounts preparation, working across a variety of businesses and industries.
Chloe enjoys the variety in her role and being part of a close team. Outside of work, she has a strong interest in theatre and enjoys spending time with family.
